FIRST – The Workout
The Curves workout is a series of machines to achieve strength training, aerobic and cardiovascular workout – all at the same time.
The Curves equipment provides a balanced workout for all fitness levels – at your individual pace. As a member becomes stronger, the machine accommodates the improvement with more resistance. This is a quick, fun, and effective workout in just 30 minutes. The fun begins when you arrive!
SECOND – Coaching and Support
Curves workout program includes a ‘coach’ for you - present in the workout circuit at all times. The coach helps you learn the most effective exercise techniques, monitors your progress and helps you set and achieve your goals. We watch over you!
THIRD – Diet and Nutrition
Proper nutrition and dieting is an important component to a healthy lifestyle and losing weight. Curves addresses these areas and teaches a simplistic fashion to successfully lose weight, keep it off permanently, and rebuild metabolism so you can eat normal and healthful without deprivation after reaching your goal.
